When to use .png file

High quality file with a transparent background. This is the best to use if you need a clear image. This is best for logos on websites, icons, print marketing and overlaying on other images.

When to use .jpg file

Easier to compress and convert to smaller files than a .png. This is best for website images (easier to compress), emails, SMS, etc.

When to use .psd file

Use this file format if you're familiar with Photoshop and need to resize the image or save it in another format.
